Any project that changes how your home looks, works or is laid out: kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, whole-home renovations, additions and extensions, condo renovations, flooring, interior finishing, structural changes and accessibility upgrades. Describe the project in the quote form and we'll confirm whether we can take it on.

It is. You describe the project, add photos or drawings if you have them, and receive a quote with no obligation. You decide whether and when to go ahead.

Many renovations do — anything structural, most additions, basement apartments and second suites, and work that alters plumbing or mechanical systems typically needs a permit under the Ontario Building Code. Cosmetic updates like painting, cabinet refacing or new flooring usually don't. Every quote flags whether permit drawings and applications are likely to be part of the job.

Ontario regulates certain trades for good reason. Electrical work is performed by Licensed Electrical Contractors, gas work by TSSA-certified technicians, and plumbing by licensed plumbers. Renovation stages that need a licensed trade are routed to contractors who hold that licence.

We take renovation quote requests from anywhere in Ontario. The Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Ottawa, Kitchener-Waterloo and London are where most projects come from, but smaller centres are welcome too.
